Meredith Koloski-Stack, Artistic Director, Choreographer, Co-Founder, holds an MFA in Dance from Arizona State University and a BA in Dance from Slippery Rock University. Her passion is to bridge movement, meaning, and human connection. As a dance teacher, certified yoga and meditation she leads somatic movement classes and trainings that blend movement, mindfulness, and artistry to inspire self-reliance, authentic connection, and transformation.

Since 1999 she has performed, choreographed, and taught with professional dance companies and universities across the U.S. She has been featured in Dance Teacher magazine and her choreography has been presented by the Andy Warhol Museum, Dance Alloy, ODC Theater, San Francisco Summerfest, Rayne Dance Theater, Phoenix and Philadelphia Arts Festivals, the Pittsburgh Arts Council, Princeton Ballet, and Ririe-Woodbury Dance Company., Meredith also served as a teaching artist and choreographer-in-residence at Red Bank Regional High School, inspiring young local dancers to move with authenticity and purpose. An inspirational speaker and spiritual empowerment guide, Meredith integrates body, mind, and spirit in her work—helping others reconnect with their creative essence. She is the proud mother of an incredible 14-year-old, three amazing bonus kids, and their rescue pup, Chewbacca.

Gabriella Bonocore, Co-Founder, choreographer, Teacher, Advisor

hopes that through her choreography, audiences will be inspired to find their passion project. A proud wife and mother of two teenagers, she is also a home cook and food & flavor enthusiast. Gabriella holds a BFA in dance and choreography from The Boston Conservatory. Her dance journey started in Long Island, NY where she was nurtured to grow her love of movement. Later, she taught José Limón technique to students hungry to learn Modern dance. Move yourself to do what moves you.

Julie Asfendis, Dancer

Julie Asfendis began her dance training in Rockland County, NY at the age of five, studying​ ballet, tap, jazz, hip-hop, and contemporary. She graduated with a BFA in Dance from NYU​ Tisch School of the Arts. She performed at Jacob’s Pillow as a guest artist with Danny Grossman Dance Company and in NYC with Murkofsky Tsukayama Dance Theater and Imago Dance Theater before moving and starting her family. Currently, she works independently as a​ certified personal trainer and Reiki practitioner, and teaches hip-hop dance to children for the
Monmouth County parks system. She has two amazing daughters, for whom she hopes always to be a good role model, and an incredibly supportive and loving husband. She is beyond​ thrilled to have found these amazing women and be a part of In Good Company!

Michelle Zwirz Aronowitz, Dancer, Choreographer, is a Rutgers, Mason Gross School of the Arts Dance graduate. She danced for Amanda Selwyn Dance Theater Co in NYC for 5 years before starting a family and returning to NJ. Michelle later studied Interior Design at Parsons in NYC and founded her own Interior Design firm, Wildflower Interiors based out of Rumson. Michelle is thrilled to be dancing and choreographing with In Good Company Dance. 

Kate Brannan, Stage Manager, Dancer, obtained her BA in Dance at the University of Maryland in 2001.  Kate was certified in 2003 as a Classical Pilates instructor under Joseph H. Pilates' protégée, Romana.  She owns Center for Pilates of Red Bank and loves watching her clients improve their strength, flexibility and posture!  After losing most of her hair to cancer in 2016, Kate was thrilled to find Modern Nature. She stepped into leadership with the company, and now serves as a Mentor for those looking to find solutions for their hair or build their own customer base.

Felecia Kutch, Dancer, Choreographer, expresses her life journey through movement. She has danced and choreographed professionally with many companies and works produced throughout the country. In 2020 she received a grant from Staten Island Arts and self-produced a solo show called Evolution of a Woman. She is a mother of 5 beautiful children and continues to grow herself and provide a positive influence for her family.

Nicole Smith Levay, Dancer, Choreographer,  is an energy healer and coach who integrates somatics, meditation, and breathwork to help women with anxiety and depression live and love more fully. With a background as a former professional dancer and dance teaching artist, highlights of that "era" include being an adjunct professor at the Montclair State University dance department, as well as traveling repetiteur and teaching artist with the Bill T Jones/Arnie Zane Dance Company. Other (beloved) credits include collaboration and touring with Shen Wei Dance Arts, ZviDance, and Freespace Dance. In 2017, she earned a MA in Somatic Psychology from California Institute of Integral Studies. She has since become a well-known transformational retreat leader, voted as a She Heals the World's "Woman to Watch” in 2023.

Alexx Shilling is a movement artist, filmmaker, writer, and educator whose deeply collaborative, multidisciplinary performance pieces prioritize the body as the primary research site for invigorating memory and investigating transformation. Her practice leaps between ecstatic expressions of borrowing and becoming, and pieces born from ecological fieldwork, often at sites of atrocity. 

 Shilling co-founded the popular Los Angeles-based dance series, Hi, Solo, the Gold Collective , and Gold Series. With Quintan Wikswo, she co-directed the interdisciplinary company FIELDSHIFT | FURTHER, and with Ann Robideaux, the site-specific dance company ann and alexx make dances. As a collaborating performer, she has most notably worked with Victoria Marks and Richard Rivera/Physual, among many others. Dance Band is the current vehicle for projects created in collaboration with Laurel Jenkins and Sarah Leddy.

 Shilling holds an MFA in Choreography from UCLA’s Department of World Arts & Culture/Dance, Bachelor’s degree from Skidmore College and teaching certificates in Pilates, Yoga, Simonson Technique, Maureen Fleming Technique and Open Source Forms. She is currently on faculty at Mason Gross School of the Arts, Rutgers. Jade Vieira is fascinated by movement and how it makes her feel.  Jade has studied various styles of dance, toured nationally and internationally.  Some of her favorites are ballet, house, modern, aerial arts and capoeira. A Long Branch local wife and mother to three boys, Jade hopes to keep on dancing performing and choreographing until forever..

Natallia Semendziayeva is a professional dancer specializing in American Rhythm and Ballroom. With a focus on a raw movement and a natural flow of energy, and creating inspiring stories through dance, Natallia’s mission is to help people see dance as an art and a universal language of a soul that connects and creates a positive impact on the world. Natallia has been competing professionally in American Rhythm, and previously in International Latin and Standard. She choreographed several dance and music shows.  She has a classical music education from Minsk, Belarus, organizational leadership, and psychology degree from Temple University. Currently working on her Wharton Global C-level leadership certification.

Gianna Kutch is a freshman at LaGuardia High School in NYC. She is a competitive dancer and wants to continue dancing professionally and teach.


Clarice Kutch, is an 8th grader looking forward to continue her dance passion into high school. She is a competitive dancer and is excited for this experience performing with In Good Company.
