Our Mission
We believe movement not only allows us to express ourselves in new ways, but movement heals. Our mission as a intergenerational woman led 501c3 grassroots Monmouth County nonprofit is to share the healing power of movement and to foster personal growth & empowerment through performance dance, choreography, dance education, and storytelling in a safe/inclusive environment for all. We create opportunities for local dancers and artists to collaborate, share their craft and make a difference giving back to our community. We hope with each performance, fundraiser and experience our audience walks away experiencing something like your favorite podcast/TED talk meets your favorite choreographer. We aim to inspire others to create, collaborate, express, listen and be heard. Each year we partner with and shine a spotlight on other local nonprofits and/or families in need doing great work within our community.

Our Story
In Good Company Dance, a professional modern dance company, was founded in Monmouth County New Jersey in 2021. We are a 501(3)(c) nonprofit, women-led, intergenerational, grassroots organization dedicated to sharing performance dance while making a difference and giving back to our local communities. 93% of human communication is non-verbal, we believe dance is a universal language and through movement we can heal, express, connect, support, and serve.

As non profit organization, our mission is to create engaging and healing performances, classes, and workshops to foster personal growth, healing and connection while giving back to our local community. We are an intergenerational, collaborative dance company made up of local dancers, mothers, teachers, choreographers, visual artist, business owners, healers, authors, and motivational speakers.
